International Habaneras and Polyphonic Singing Competition
Since 1955, Torrevieja has hosted one of the world’s most prestigious choral events. Declared of International Tourist Interest, the Festival brings together choirs from different countries every summer for a week dedicated to the habanera and polyphonic music, forming an essential part of the cultural identity of the city.

Torrevieja Carnival
The Torrevieja Carnival is one of the most spectacular celebrations on the local festive calendar.

Holy Week
Easter in Torrevieja combines tradition, solemnity and artistic heritage. Declared an event of Provincial Tourist Interest, its processions wind their way through the main streets of the town centre, featuring floats of great value and a notable participation by religious brotherhoods. It is one of the times of the year when the town most vividly displays its identity and devotion.

Low Festival
In 2026, Torrevieja will host the Low Festival for the first time, one of the major musical events on the national scene. Over three days, Antonio Soria Park will bring together leading pop, rock and indie artists, adding one of Spain’s most renowned summer festivals to the city’s calendar.
