Cala Piteras

Cala Piteras is located at the southern end of Torrevieja’s coastline. It is a small, accessible Blue Flag beach, perfect for enjoying the sea in a peaceful, comfortable and well-equipped setting.

Although its size is not its most striking feature, this cove is home to one of the most important Posidonia meadows in the south of the province, making it an area of great environmental value and an ideal spot for snorkelling.

The cove offers services designed for a comfortable and safe visit, including a Red Cross post, adapted access, foot showers, a marked bathing area, recycling points and nearby restaurants and cafés.

An accessible Blue Flag beach, ideal for swimming, relaxing and discovering Torrevieja’s rich marine life.

This summer, Torrevieja is holding environmental activities on different beaches and coves to bring the marine environment closer to residents and visitors, encourage good practices and promote the care of the Mediterranean.
